We endeavor to serve our communities in meaningful ways that promote good will, listenership, and generate profitable advertising revenue.
Vision Statement
Crossroads Communications purpose is to acquire, develop, and operate radio properties for the purpose of cash flow and profit, long-term equity enhancement, and a higher-than-average rate of return on investment.
It is our goal for each of our radio stations to establish itself as a "shining star" in its city and county of license and in adjacent population centers, by serving first THE LISTENER. We will provide a mix of quality music and information features, which fosters personal and community self-esteem, strong p morals and values.
Secondly, we will provide an exemplary ADVERTISING SERVICE to businesses, offering them the services of trained account executives and station management, a positive programming environment, high quality commercial production, and accurate and timely billing and support services.
Thirdly, we will serve our STAFF at each station, offering them the opportunity to learn and grow professionally and personally. Each person will be considered a valuable part of our family and operation, and will be encouraged to participate with ideas, service to the community, and commitment to the stations' growth.
Our goal for our radio stations is to be characterized as doing more than what is expected of them, in community service, audience accumulation, business development, and staff and personal development. With fine technical facilities, a clean and inspiring work environment, and interactive management, we fully expect success in all phases of our company's endeavors.
